How to Prepare Maurten Bicarb System
- Remove the lid from Component A.
- Add 200ml of water.
- Open Component B and pour the contents into Component A.
- Close the lid and shake intensely for approximately 15 seconds.
- Leave the mixture to rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Open Component C.
- Pour the bicarbonate mini tablets into Component A.
- Stir gently and consume without delay.
Do not chew the bicarbonate mini tablets. Maurten designed the tablets to be swallowed whole within the hydrogel. Chewing them increases contact between sodium bicarbonate and stomach acid and can increase gastrointestinal issues.
